Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support

our Financial Services clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong analytical

mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior

executives. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, delivering data-driven insights and high-quality presentations.

Key responsibilities

Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive
analysis to inform business strategies.
Financial Modelling: Develop and refine complex financial models using advanced
Excel skills.
Presentation Development: Create compelling, high-impact presentations using
Microsoft PowerPoint.
Problem Solving: Tackle complex business challenges with innovative, data-driven
solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with senior
stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective top-down communication.
Project Leadership: Independently drive initiatives from conception through to
implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Skills & Experience

Experience: 1-2 years in management consulting, with a strong background in
supporting Financial Services and other industry clients.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and translate
insights into actionable business strategies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of
articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences including senior executives.
Self-Starter: Proven track record of working independently while managing multiple
projects concurrently.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
and Excel, with solid financial modelling capabilities.
Client-Focused: Passion for delivering high-quality results and exceptional service to
clients.
